The things I think make a difference in my business are service and experience. I have been a licensed Realtor for 19 years, but I started buying and selling fixer and investment properties over 35 years ago. I now manage Platinum Realty and am the President of the Santa Rosa Chapter of Realtors. I have bought and sold over 50 homes for myself so I know what it's like to make those tough decisions. I know what it's like to buy a house that is less than perfect, and then make it into what I want. That experience can benefit you greatly. Most of my clients view me as a "wealth of information". I am available for questions before, during and long after the escrow has closed. Most of my business comes from referrals.
