I first worked with Glen more than 10 years ago when he helped me buy my home in Sonoma County. He was referred by good friends at a New Year's Eve party. I left a message on New Year's Day, expecting a call back after the holidays. He called me back the same day and had me out  looking at houses the next day. We quickly found the right house, and with his exceptional round the clock help, we closed escrow a week early.

When it came time to sell the home 10 years later, I knew that I wanted to work with Glen again. In the fall of 2010, despite the bad economy, he had a buyer in escrow within a week. I was very comfortable with the listing price that he recommended and trusted him completely when he advised me on when to make a counter offer and when to take the latest offer. I was already living more than 1000 miles away, and Glen went above and beyond to make the deal happen without me having to fly back to town. Once again, my experience was painless.

My only regret is that I don't live in Sonoma County anymore so I won't be able to do more business with Glen. I'd love to buy or sell a house every month with this guy. He knows Sonoma County real estate, and he works his tail off for his clients.
